• All quotes issued is valid for a period of  7 days from the period of issue.
• Project will be started only after signing a work order form and also after the confirmation of the first installment or advance.
• The project will be started from the date only after collecting the necessary documents for website design and development.
• 40% of the Project cost has to be given upon signing the agreement for starting the project.
• We take up project which involves Website Design, Development, Software application development and Hosting only.
• The finished project will be handed over only after the entire payment has been released.
• Pricing may vary according to the client’s demand for extra or special requirements or features. Additional requirements will be performed hourly at a rate that mutually agreed and mentioned in the initial work order. No separate work order shall be prepared for this.
• Strict adherence to the payment structure will enable themesbasket.com to provide prompt and effective service. Delayed payment or non-payment of recurring charges will lead to automatic freezing of the project.
• All defined rates for services will be provided under any resulting agreement will be guaranteed at the proposed rate for a period of 30 days from the date of project initiation.
